<font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Local administrations, buildings, and settlements within the implementation schedule listed in Annex 0 of the Zero Waste Regulation are obligated to establish a zero waste management system, obtain, and implement a basic zero waste certificate. Other locations may obtain a zero waste certificate upon request. Institutions, organizations, and businesses holding a Zero Waste certificate are required to maintain a blue zero waste bin for paper, gray for metal, green for glass, and yellow for plastic waste within the scope of the Zero Waste Regulation. There are four levels of zero waste certification: basic, silver, gold, and platinum. Provincial municipalities, district municipalities with a population of over 00,000, organized industrial zones, shopping malls, airports, train and bus terminals, ports, and accommodation establishments with a capacity of over 00 rooms are required to obtain a silver, gold, or platinum zero waste certificate. Applications for a zero waste certificate are submitted through the ECBS.
